ARMS + BACK TONING 💪🏼 Killer upper body workout that works both front and back body WITHOUT EQUIPMENT! 👊🏼

3 Rounds | 40sec ON 20 sec REST between exercises
▪️1. PUSH UP EAR TAP
(On toes or knees for easier option)
▪️2. TRICEP DIPS
(Change legs halfway at 20sec...make sure you press your chest up to avoid collapsing in the shoulders)
▪️3. BEAR ARM ROWS
(Make sure your elbows are HIGHER than your hands to all full Back activation)
▪️4. ELBOW PLANK PYRAMIDS
(Do on hands if you have limited shoulder flexibility/movement)
▪️5. LYING OVERHEAD REACH
(Keep your forehead down on the ground to avoid over-activating the neck)
