MORNING STRETCHES ☀️ Wake up your body, release tension & feel more mobile with this juicy wall stretch series 😌

✨1. SIDE STRETCH
- lean your hip into the wall will all your weight
- keep your core engaged (belly button in!)
- straight leg is active (knee squeezed, foot flexed)
ADD ROTATION
- improves spinal mobility
- relieves back tightness

✨2. KNEELING ROTATION
- hip touching the wall
- reach arms wide
ADD STRETCH
- pull your belly button in and push hips forward
- helps to open hip flexors & relieve back pain

✨3. KNEELING HIP FLEXOR
- an even deeper hip flexor stretch
- keep your core engaged
- reach UP more than you are reaching back
WALL TOUCH
- if your hands reach the wall, aim to sink the hips DOWN and pull the belly button in

✨4. FORWARD FOLD
- hips on wall with all bodyweight
- hold straight legs for 3 breaths
- bend & straighten for 6 breaths
- hold bent legs for 3 breaths
- hold straight legs & reach for wall for 3 breaths
