Fortunately My team and me could enjoy “Omatsuri” near my restaurant today .for me it’s been while over 6years. “Omatsuri” means a ritual for worshiping Gods or Buddha, or an event held in gratitude towards nature.

For shrines, "matsuri" is a year-round event, but the purpose of the festival is usually fixed.
At the regular festivals, offerings to the gods are made in a grand manner, depending on the shrine, and it is customary to pray inclusively for the praying people, the descendants of the community, and a good harvest.
The mikoshi is carried by people, but the inside of the mikoshi is hollow. It is said that the reason why people carry the mikoshi up and down is to "bring it as close to heaven as possible," or "to awaken the spirits" or "to cheer up the spirits.

At the Japanese festival”Matsuri”, there are rows of stalls called “Demise” you can buy your favorite food from a food stall, then enjoy it while walking around.

The first video of some snacks which I bought today is called “Baby castella”.
The history of Baby Castella began in the Taisho era (1912 to 1926 AD) with a stall in Nishinomiya City, Hyogo Prefecture in Japan's Kansai region. A stall craftsman made a menu that closely resembles a commercially available bell castella, and it became a very popular product. Just pour the dough into a special baking machine that the craftsman has, close the baking machine lid and bake it.

the baked baby castella uses a skewer to fly neatly into the pom-pom and saucer.
It looks easy, but baking a lot of baby castellas requires the quick work of a skilled craftsman.
