庄司夏子さんのインスタグラム写真 - (庄司夏子Instagram)「Collaboration with @andmeal_official called “meété “ @meete_tokyo Is releasing ″meété Guilt Free Premium Ice″ tomorrow 2023.12.12 Tue. 12:00 through reservation website @omakasejapan ! ″meété Guilt Free Premium Ice″の第1弾が明日2023年12月12日(火)12時より予約販売開始されます。 “苦手な食材や、アレルギーはございますか？” 日々の営業で必ずこの質問をゲストにします。コロナを経て営業が本格的に再開し、日本はもちろんいろんな国からの方々と日々接する機会が増えました。その中で、乳製品や小麦粉、卵から始まりアレルギーや苦手食材を聞く事が増えたように感じていました。また自宅でご飯を食べる頻度が高まったことにより自分や家族の健康を配慮する人も増加傾向にあると感じていました。実際に消費者庁「令和3年度食物アレルギーに関連する食品表示に関する調査研究事業報告書」でもそのようなデータがでています。味が完成されたデザート、特にアイスを本当の無添加物でヴィーガン、グルテンフリーでつくることは簡単ではありません。世界で勝負している食と美, それぞれのプロフェッショナルである私たちが長い試作期間を経て身体の細胞に寄り添ったアイスをつくりました。シェフの私が考案する味の構成とレシピに加え国家資格管理栄養士とフードドクター（一般社団法人日本フードドクター食医学協会）メンバーで構成された @meeth_official の @andmeal_official by @sonchan0111 とタッグを組み、美と健康のアプローチが一つになっています。乳化剤、安定剤、着色料、香料無添加の100％ナチュラルな手づくり製法に加え、生クリーム、白砂糖不使用、グルテンフリー、プラントベース(vegan)の原材料でありながら、リッチな濃厚さも兼ね備えた贅沢な味わいは、これまでのギルトフリーという概念を覆してくれます。フレーバーはétéシグネチャーマンゴーにちなみマンゴー杏仁、美容効果の高い豆乳を使用したソイココナッツ、リッチにカカオが香るハイカカオの３種類になります。(個人的に普段チョコレート菓子を我慢してるのでプラントベースでつくったハイカカオは一番お気に入りです。サウナ後🧖に食べるのが夢です。笑) 美しさの高みを目指す人、いつまでも健康でいて欲しいと心から願う家族や大切な人に食べてもらいたい作品です。 I would like to Announce that we @ete.restaurant and @andmeal_official created the ice cream brand .and 1st edition will be vegan,gluten free ice cream will release tomorrow.
