Also Sergio was the first chef to fashion denim fabrics in a three-star Michelin restaurant. When we met at the first time at exclusive event @hokolvuh.official (last video ).he and chef Isaac created beautiful dish using local lobster and served with Yucatán honey bee pollen .it was outstanding dish .and he came to my restaurant as pinky promise.
