Taiwanese castella English recipe ⭐️

台湾カステラNo.2 〜一眼レフで動画撮ってみました〜💚
.
今回は、外国の方からのDMが多いので、苦しいながらも英語、、日本語のレシピと作り方は5/15の投稿にあります。

Taiwan Castella 15×15 square material:
35g Vegetable oil
30g butter
60g cake flour
10g bread flour
75g Milk(or soy milk)
20g honey
4 egg yolks
4 drops of vanilla oil
4 egg whites (140g)
50〜60g sugar
.

How to make:
① Melt butter and oil in a microwave oven (40℃).
② Add flour to ① and mix well with a whipper.
③ Warm milk and honey (40℃) Add to ② and mix.
④ Add egg yolk to ③ and mix thoroughly until smooth. Add vanilla oil and mix.
⑤ Make a meringue (soft peak). Mix meringue, add on 3 times until smooth and uniform.
⑥Pour into a mold and lightly hit the table once. Erase extra bubbles.
⑦Put water on the preheated oven plate and place⑥ in the center, then at 150℃ for 50 minutes.
