This one is all about slowing down the reps and really focusing on form 👌🏼

20 ✖️ KETTLE BELL SWINGS
(Push the hips back & spine straight as the bell moves back, pop it up with the hips & press into the heels on the way up!)
10 ✖️ SINGLE ARM ROWS
(Use your free arm to add support on your knee. Sit your hips back & lengthen through your spine.)
20 ✖️ DEAD LIFTS
(Push your hips back and sit into the heels as you lower, squeeze glutes at the top!)
10 ✖️ KETTLE BELL HALO’S
(Brace your core & return bell close to your chest after each rep)
10 ✖️ PLANK KB CROSS OVER
(Keep feet wide for extra balance & press fingertips into the ground to release pressure from the wrist)
20 ✖️ SQUAT PRESS
(Sit Hips Back & Keep the bell high on the chest when squatting, lock your core in at the top!)
50 ✖️ KB TAPS

I used a 12Kg bell (26Lb) ☺️ and more straight from one exercise to the next. 1min rest after the round 🙌🏼 Enjoy! #kettlebellworkout #gymworkout #wholebodyworkout
