How to Wrap Rice Balls with Nori (and Keep Nori Crisp!)

INGREDIENTS
200g steamed rice
2 tablespoons chopped scallions
1 teaspoon white sesame seeds
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1/3 teaspoon salt
1 nori sheet
1 masking tape
1 foil
ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ
PREPARATION
1. Mix all of the ingredients except the nori in a bowl. Divide into 2 equal parts and form 2 triangle shape rice balls.
2. Cut a foil 1cm bigger than the nori sheet. Place a masking tape in the center. Make sure to cut the bottom of the tape 2cm longer than the foil.
3. Flip the foil and place the nori sheet. Fold both sides of foil. Make sure that edges of the foil are overwrapped.
4. Place the rice ball on (3). Fold the bottom of the foil to wrap and close.
5. Enjoy!
