Egg Mayo Cheese Pepper Toast
Serves 1

Ingredients:
1 slice of bread (6 slices)
Mayonnaise
1 egg
10 g pizza cheese
A dash of black pepper

Preparation:
1. Mash the center of the bread with a spoon.
2.Squeeze mayonnaise along the edge of the bread to make a bank.
3.Mix eggs and pizza cheese in a bowl, pour into (2), and bake in a toaster oven for about 9 minutes. （Bake in a toaster oven for about 9 minutes. (Keep an eye on it and bake it until it is half-boiled to your liking.)
