INGREDIENTS
150g pancake mix
3 tablespoons potato starch
90ml milk
Shredded cheese, as needed
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Honey, as needed
ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ
PREPARATION
1. Mix the pancake mix, potato starch, and milk in a bowl. Divide the dough into 3
equal parts.
2. Place some shredded cheese onto each piece. Form them into balls, then flatten.
3. In a lightly oiled pan, cook (2) on both sides until golden.
4. Serve with honey.
5. Enjoy!
