Cheesy Potato with Mentaiko
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
3 potatoes
20g butter
A
2 mentaiko (cod roe, remove the skin)
100ml milk
Shredded cheese, as needed
Black pepper, as needed

PREPARATION
1. Peel potatoes and cut into 5mm slices. Put potato slices in a heat-proof plate and
cover loosely with food wrap. Microwave for 2 minutes at 600W.
2. Heat the butter in a pan. Add the potatoes (1) into the pan when butter is melted.
Cook until nicely browned. Add the cheese and cook until melted.
3. Mix the mentaiko and milk in a bowl and pour into the pan (2). Cook until creamy.
Season with pepper.
4. Enjoy!
