Mayo Curry Powder Grilled Chicken Breast

INGREDIENTS
1 chicken breast
ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ
A: 2 tablespoons mayonnaise,
A: 2 tablespoons curry powder
ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ
B: 5 tablespoons breadcrumbs,
B: 2 tablespoons grated cheese
Salad oil - as you needed
Some parsley
ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ
PREPARATION
1.Cut the chicken breast open to butterfly it.
2. Spread A mixture on the chicken breast and coat it with B mixture, pressing firmly to adhere.
3. Put oil about 3 or 4 mm high in a frying pan, heat over medium heat, then add the chicken breast and grill it.
4. Sprinkle with parsley and it's ready to serve!
