Apple Beignets
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
1 apple
1 tablespoon flour

150g pancake mix
1 egg
200ml milk
Cinnamon powder, as needed
Ginger powder, as needed
ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ
Vegetable oil (for flying), as needed
Caramel sauce, as needed
ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ
PREPARATION
1. Peel and slice the apple. Remove the core.
2. Dust the apple slices (1) with some flour.
3. Mix all of ingredients A in a bowl.
4. Dip apple slices (2) in (3). Fry in the oil until golden.
5. Place beignets (4) on a plate. Serve with the caramel sauce.
6. Enjoy!
