Grilled Cheese Skewers
Servings: 2
ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ
INGREDIENTS:
150g tteok (Korean rice cake)
2 cheese sticks
Some condensed milk

PREPARATION:
1. Put tteok in a bowl. Pour water into the bowl to cover tteok. Microwave for 1
minute at 600W.
2. Cut tteok into halves and cheese sticks into bite-sized pieces. Thread the tteok
and cheese into each skewer.
3. Grill the skewers over low heat until golden. (2 minutes on each side)
4. Serve with some condensed milk.
5. Enjoy!
