Crispy Cheese Potatoes

INGREDIENTS
3 potatoes
Grated parmesan cheese, as needed
Olive oil, as needed
ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ
PREPARATION
1. Cut the potatoes into halves.
2. Spread the cheese onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Place the potatoes (1) on the cheese and pour the olive oil.
3. Bake in the oven (preheated to 200°C/392°F) for 20 minutes.
4. Enjoy!
