This book played a significant role through the early years of my grief and healing. わたしの『オプションB』は、dear sister @liveglenwood からのメッセージ入り。夫を失ったグリーフの中で家族のようなお友達の想いにどれだけ救われたか。この本の知恵は、わたしの中のレジリエンスのきっかけにもなっています。 Heart of the Labyrinth was such a gem of a find—recommended to me by an old yoga friend. 残念ながら、この本は日本語版がないみたい。 Tuesdays with Morrie is so worth keeping and revisiting every now and again.
