Still smiling? What is everyone learning from this lock down situation? Sinking or swimming or floating? Or maybe you’re like me and you’re rotating through all the states. Foregoing so much control and freedom has helped me see clearly what an abundance of those things I had in the first place. Spending my time differently has thrown all my priorities in to the air. The last few weeks they’ve been floating up there above my head in a state of confusion, I think this week I’ll get to watch some of them land.

One of my priorities is to continue coaching in anyway I can. In lieu of my cancelled workshops I’m running a talk and Q&A on Zoom next Thursday on fear of falling. It sold out fast which is inspiring: you climbers want to keep learning even when you can’t climb. I’ll put on some more for those of you who missed out. Keep an eye out on SM.
