Another podcast! In this episode @minaclimbing chats to @thepahadigirl Prerna Dangi. I love chatting with or hearing stories from climbers from different parts of the world. It’s interesting to note the things that make us different and learn from the different experiences of others and yet there is this thing that we can share and relate to and find an almost home-like familiarity in: climbing. Perhaps in another way there is the experience of being a woman which is vastly different place to place and yet again there is a relatedness. This conversation ticked all those boxes for me.

To give you some flavour: they talk about her experiences getting into climbing, how it is to be a female climber in India, doing a world cup event, body image in her cultural sphere, role models and the importance of representation that is specific to social/cultural/economic spaces. They also talk about a social enterprise (EcoFemme aim to educate girls on menstruation) she is involved in as well as discussing the recent changes in the town and bouldering area of Hampi.
