『Fresh mussels white wine steamed』

I was glad we can buy fresh mussels in Malta's market.
Because we can't buy it in Japan.

I always get excited when I cook my first food.

1:Cleaning mussels.
2:Oliveoil and chopped garic put in the pot and low heat.
3:Put in mussels stir fry for minutes.
4:Then steamed after put in proper amount of water and white wine for minutes.
5:Add salt.

That all!!
Try to makes original with Some vegetable,various seafood,spice and herb as you like.

Really easy recipe.
But so good taste!! #ayumininomiya
