今日の和菓子はねりきり で作った ハサミ菊 です。
ねりきりとは白餡に餅や芋を混ぜて作った和菓子で
茶道 で使われる「主菓子」の一種です。
撮影 用に作成しました。
依頼を受けていたハサミ菊、これで最後です。
またネタに困ったら切りたいと思います。
