Strawberry Marshmallow-Mochi ?!
Servings: 4
ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ
INGREDIENTS
30g marshmallows
70g shiratamako (rice flour)
140ml water
Some whipped cream
Some strawberry jam
1 strawberry
ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ
PREPARATION
1. Mix marshmallows, shiratamako, and water in a heat-proof bowl. Cover the bowl with food wrap and microwave for 2 minutes at 600W. Stir well and microwave for another 2 minutes.
2. Dust (1) with some potato starch. Divide into 4 equal parts.
3. Roll out each marshmallow-mochi (2). Put whipped cream, strawberry jam, and cream again onto each mochi and close.
4. Top (3) with more whipped cream and some strawberry pieces.
5. Enjoy!
