Flower Sausage
Servings: 1

INGREDIENTS
1 fish sausage
2 egg yolks
Black pepper, as needed

PREPARATION
1. Sandwich the sausage with chopsticks. Make cuts.
2. Cut the sausage vertically. Boil in the hot water for 1 minute.
3. Bend the sausage in a circle and close with a toothpick.
4. Put some vegetable oil in a pan. Place (3) on a pan and put the egg yolk in the center.
5. Cook on medium heat for 3 minutes. Sprinkle with some black pepper.
6. Enjoy!
