Apple Shaped Milk Flan
Servings: 3

INGREDIENTS
300ml milk
3 tablespoons condensed milk
ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ
A
6g gelatin powder
2 tablespoons water
ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ
Some chocolate (pink)
Some strawberry powder
Some mint leaves
ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ
PREPARATION
1. Warm milk and condensed milk in a pot.
2. Add A (gelatin powder and water) into the pot.
3. Pour (2) into an apple shaped jelly mold. Freeze in the fridge for 5 hours.
4. Melt pink chocolate in a double boiler.
5. With a stick, dip the frozen flan (3) in melted chocolate (4).
6. Remove the stick when chocolate is solid. Chill in the refrigerator overnight. Dust some strawberry powder.
7. Enjoy!
