INGREDIENTS
3 apples
200g white chocolate
100g sugar
30ml water
Some red food coloring
ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ
PREPARATION
1. Melt white chocolate in a water bath (50°C to 60°C).
2. Insert a stick into each apple. Dip the apples in melted white chocolate mixture. Make sure all apples are evenly coated. Place them on parchment paper.
3. Heat and mix sugar, water, and red food coloring in a pot. Simmer until 140°C (284°F).
4. Spoon the sugar mixture (3) over each apple.
5. Enjoy!
