Chef Toru Tsuchie is the third-generation Wagashi Master of 福泉堂 Okatsukasa Fukusendo in Izumo, a traditional Japanese sweets store which was founded by his grandfather in 1949 (Showa 24).

Their certified Wagashi craftsmen are by the Wagashi Association have won numerous awards. Chef Toru also travel extensively for Japan Culture & Tourist board as an ambassador to promote Japan culture in many countries.
