LEG DAY

It’s the mosttt wonderful time of the week AKA Leg day! 😜 Today we’re toning and shaping that lower body with this kettlebell only workout.
I’m using 10kg kettlebells from @kettlebellkings definitely one of my favourite pieces of equipment to train with and perfect for adding a bit of extra resistance to those home workouts.

Make sure to keep your movement slow and controlled as you focus on making those gains.

WORKOUT

4 SETS

20 x Alternating Side Lunge
15 x Goblet Squats
12 x Single Leg Glute Bridge (each leg)
15 x Sumo Squat w/ Heel Raise
12 x Romanian Deadlifts
