30 sec work
15 sec rest

Perform each exercise for 30 seconds with 15 seconds rest between exercises. Allow 60 - 90 seconds rest between sets.

30 sec Mountain Climbers
30 sec Lunge, Lunge, Squat
30 sec Crawl Out w/ Plank Jump
30 sec Plyo Push Ups
30 sec Squat Jump w/ Heel Raise
30 sec Half Burpee
