You don’t, your an adult you make choices.  _ It’s about discipline nothing else. Find what works for you and your situation. I started using meal replacements from the #1 nutrition company in the world 3 years ago. That has been key for me because I don’t have time to track macros or prep 6 meals. Imagine trying to do that while on vacation 😂 I enjoy my shakes while also getting in full meals. It’s fast, it’s easy and I get the results I want.  _ Women say I want to lose my stomach and build a butt. Okay but low carb, no carb, low nutrition, and cardio only is not how I did it. To build a butt or any muscle for that matter you need a high protein meal plan and you need to lift some heavy shit a few times a week.  _ You can do it and yes it’s going to take time but the time will pass anyway so start now. Don’t make excuses, make a choice, be consistent, believe it is for you. There is no better feeling than being healthy, being fit, and in shape. This is for you and you deserve that!!
