So when we are sad we automatically turn to food “eating your feelings.” Television teaches us it’s okay to eat a gallon of ice cream during a break up. On your Birthday eat cake, Valentines show your love you love them with a box of chocolates.  _ You will struggle if you don’t improve your overall relationship with food. Find out if you have an eating disorder. Most times with my clients I find weight loss is directly related to a childhood trauma. Food makes them feel better when the sadness hits.  _ Too much focus is put on workouts and not enough on nutrition or mental well being. Let’s be the shift so we can have more success on our transformation journey. ❤️ _ What would your life look like if you just took the chance and said “Today I am going to make the changes to get to where I need to be, ill work on me, I’ll have breakfast daily, Ill take the stairs, and Ill reach out for help. It’s time for you to jump in and make it happen! We are all born AMAZING no one is better than the next, we all get 24 hours in a day you just have to pull yourself up and BELIEVE you can do it, reach your potential!
