Short at home workout today. I have a bad habit of training lower body more than upper. Currently I’m doing workouts 3x a week. Cardio on my spin bike 5x a week for 30 min. Sauna for 30 minutes right after spin. I’m using my meal plan again, shake and tea breakfast, snack, Soup or shake, snack, and balanced dinner high in protein low in carbs. I’ve been pescatarian for years.
