今日の和菓子は工芸菓子で作った椿とカラスです。
出品用に作成しました。
今回の題材は椿は松江歴史館に展示してある椿のついでに作りました。
カラスはなんとなく作ってみたかったんです。
昨日の続きです。
若い人が続かないと将来的に人手不足になり
廃業となります。
お客さんのために買いやすい価格設定にした結果、人手不足で廃業になると今度はお客さんは買うお店が無くて困る。
これでは本末転倒。
という、無責任な自由人の考えでした。

I’ll be demonstrating and selling wagashi at Sunrise Mart in Brooklyn from 3/9-10.
