?? I was asked to post my workouts in this format it removes “views” and has “likes” it’s important to get interaction on my page by my followers. I would love a ❤️ or a comment so I know workouts are still something my followers want.

I recently asked “what prevents you from “liking” a post?” A few people said “I don’t like unless you “deserve it” and I thought wow what makes someone deserving of a simple double tap. It’s free, it’s fun and the point of Instagram is to be social.

A lot of us work really hard on our posts, shooting videos, editing them, and creating captions requires hours of work. We do it simply for the interaction we get on Instagram. Hopefully we could help someone find motivation. Think of it as clapping when your at an event.
