Keep a photo in your phone that you can look at to keep you motivated when your down. And don't beat yourself up if you fall off just get back on! _ Here are a few advanced booty building workouts for you to incorporate into your workouts! _ ?TRX Banded Jump Squats - 15 reps 3 sets • ? Weighted Lateral Lunges - 15 reps each side 3 sets • ? Tire flips with added jump squats (go for time not reps) • ? Side Squat Walk with bands (weighted) 20 steps each side 3 sets _ ??
