?? I love training legs and booty! I do squats 1x a week and although squats are great they should be rotated with other exercises. Checkout this 3 variation #Squat 4 sets of 30 at a rapid pace low to no weight. Notice your touching not actually sitting. Do not squat past parallel if you have bad knees. I can squat ass to grass because I’ve trained for years. Know your limitations do not risk an injury please. Here I’m training with an IFBB Pro trainer. ??‍♀️
