Sometimes we get stuck trying to figure out what we could have done differently. Maybe you failed on a diet, you start and stop never showing consistency or results so you decide nothing will work for me. Are you giving up on your health and happiness because your afraid to try again.

Here is the thing, each day the sun sets and rises it gives you an opportunity to start over. We have to let go of the past mistakes we have made we are not those mistakes we can not move forward unless we let go, renew and release. Don't get stuck in the what if I fail, what if I get hurt, what if I can't do it? What if you can? What if your amazing?

What if that one leap of faith leads you into a new life! You'll never know how strong you are until you can find the lesson in each failure and use it to efficiently move forward. We learn to walk by falling down. If we never fell down, we would never walk. You will make mistakes and you will go through rough times the trick is to get back up and keep going.

Let go of what happened yesterday, last year, or as a child we can not control the past but we do have the power to not let it control you.
