Monday: Sigara Böreği, homemade with beautiful handmade yufka (filo pastry) from Turkey via my friend @scruffilicious with a pan of eggs, fresh tomato, crispy sage and black sesame. The börek are filled with feta, spinach and caraway seeds. A delicious Monday indeed!

I still have a kilo or so of yufka next which won’t keep for long so expect some more crispy delights this week!! Suggestions what to make below please ???
