Okonomiyaki in Tokyo, last New Year’s day. Chibo is a nice chain of restaurants with three levels of quality of experience and menu from “basic”, “president” level and “elegance”. They specialise in Osaka style okonomiyaki (but also have Hiroshima style on the menu too) with friendly staff that are happy to put on a show for our weary hungover table. Extra Kewpie mayo for me please! 💦😛
