Sunday: Momos, a dumpling most famously from Nepal ??(coolest flag going) but also eaten in northeast India, Bhutan and Tibet. Mine are filled with chicken and can be eaten at anytime of the day. The dip in the middle is a spiced tomato dip called achar with a mango lassi and a cup of tea from Nepal too!
