Kushidango Hot Sandwich
Serves 1

INGREDIENTS
2 slices of sandwich bread (8 slices)
1 skewered dango for each sandwich
・Anko (sweet red bean paste)
・Mitarashi (sweet soy sauce glaze)
10g butter
1 slice of cheese

PREPARATION
For the Mochi-An Butter Sandwich:
1. Place a slice of bread in the sandwich maker, add skewered dango with anko, and place butter on top. Sandwich with another slice of bread. Grill at medium heat.
2. Once it has a golden brown color, it's ready!
3. Enjoy!

For the Mitarashi Cheese Sandwich:
1. Place a slice of bread in the sandwich maker, add skewered dango with mitarashi, and place a slice of cheese on top. Sandwich with another slice of bread. Grill at medium heat.
