INGREDIENTS
150g pancake mix
1 egg
2g yeast powder
Vegetable oil (for frying), as needed
ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ

100g powdered sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon water
ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ
PREPARATION
1. Mix the egg and yeast powder in a bowl. Add the pancake mix and knead well.
2. Cover the bowl (1) with a food wrap. Rest in the warm place for 1 hour to let the dough rise.
3. Roll out the dough (2). With a cookie cutter, cut out cookies.
4. Deep fry cookies (3) in the heated oil until golden.
5. Mix all of the ingredients A in a bowl and dip cookies in it.
6. Enjoy!
