Octopus Skewers
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
200g boiled octopus
A
1/2 teaspoon grated garlic
1 tablespoon soy sauce

PREPARATION
1. Cut the boiled octopus into bite-size pieces. Thread the octopus onto skewers.
2. Mix the grated garlic and soy sauce in a bowl.
3. Place the skewers on the BBQ grill and cook on both sides until done. Apply the
sauce (2) to boiled octopus skewers.
4. Enjoy!
