【ブラックハロウィン👻】悪魔のりんご飴 Halloween Devil Black Apple Candy

見た目はまるで毒りんご！？
だけど、味はとっても美味しいりんご飴だよ😋✨

ツヤツヤの飴をかける瞬間はなんだかセクシーで、簡単だけどインパクト抜群な一品！
マシュマロで蜘蛛の巣をかけたり、アレンジしながら盛り上がろう😍💛

■材料
りんご 1個
グラニュー糖 480g
水飴 120g
水 180ml
食用色素(黒) 適量

■作り方
1. 砂糖・水あめ・水・食用色素を入れキャラメル状になるまで煮詰める。
2. 煮詰まったら火からおろし、串を刺したりんご全体に飴をかけて、飴が固まったら完成。
※動画内で使用している串は「りんごの木」です。お作りの際は食用の串を使うか、串から外してお召し上がりください。

Ingredients:
- 1 apple
- 480g granulated sugar
- 120g corn syrup
- 180ml water
- A suitable amount of food coloring (black)

Steps:
1. Combine sugar, corn syrup, water, and food coloring in a pot and simmer until it reaches a caramel-like consistency.
2. Once it has thickened, remove it from the heat and dip the entire apple with a skewer into the caramel. Once the caramel has hardened, it's ready.
* The skewer used in the video is a "rindogiki" (apple tree skewer). When making this, use edible skewers or remove the skewer before consuming.
