大満足🤤ぷるぷるチャプチェ❤️Beef & Vegetable Korean Stir-Fried Noodles “Japchae”🥩

カラフルな食材たっぷり、お肉と野菜がたっぷり入った見た目も美味しいチャプチェです✨

■材料
韓国春雨　100g
牛肉　100g
人参　1/4本
玉ねぎ　1/4個
ピーマン　2個
赤パプリカ　1/2個
しいたけ　3個
にら　1/2束
サラダ油　大さじ1
塩　ふたつまみ
コショウ　適量
すりごま　適量
《A》
醤油　大さじ1
みりん　大さじ1
にんにくすりおろし　小さじ1
ごま油　大さじ1
《B》
醤油　大さじ2
ごま油　大さじ1
砂糖　大さじ1　1/2

■作り方
【事前準備】
人参とニラは５cmの細切り、玉ねぎとしいたけは3mmの薄切り、ピーマンと赤ピーマンは縦に細切りにする。
春雨は袋の表示を目安に熱湯で茹でる。ザルに上げて流水で洗い、水気を切る。

1. 春雨をハサミで食べやすい大きさに切る。
2. 牛肉を細切りにし、《A》を加えて揉み込み、下味をつける。
3. フライパンにサラダ油を加えて中火で熱し、しいたけ以外の野菜と塩、コショウを加えて、にらがしんなりするまで炒める。
4. 3のフライパンに、2としいたけを炒める。肉の色が変わったら、春雨を加え炒め合わせたら火を止めて、３と《B》を加えて混ぜ合わせる。
5. お皿に盛り付け、すりごまをふりかける。

Ingredients:
100g Korean glass noodles (Dangmyeon)
100g beef
1/4 carrot
1/4 onion
2 green bell peppers
1/2 red bell pepper
3 shiitake mushrooms
1/2 bunch of chives
1 tablespoon salad oil
A pinch of salt
A pinch of black pepper
Sesame seeds, to taste
《A》
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon mirin
1 teaspoon grated garlic
1 tablespoon sesame oil
《B》
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 1/2 tablespoons sugar

Preps:
Cut the carrot and chives into 5cm pieces, slice the onion and shiitake mushrooms into 3mm thick slices, and cut the green bell peppers and red bell pepper into thin strips. Boil the glass noodles according to the package instructions, drain in a sieve, and rinse with cold water, then drain.

Steps:
1. Cut the boiled glass noodles into bite-sized pieces using scissors.
2. Slice the beef thinly, then mix with《A》 to marinate.
3. Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the vegetables, except for the shiitake mushrooms, and season with salt and black pepper. Stir-fry until the chives become tender.
4. Add the beef and shiitake mushrooms to the pan from step 3. Once the meat changes color, add the glass noodles and stir-fry. Turn off the heat and mix in the ingredients from step 3 and《B》.
5. Plate the dish and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
