Cheese Omelette Sandwich

INGREDIENTS
5 eggs
5 tablespoons milk
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
Some salt
ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 slices bread (8 sliced pack)
3 cheese slices
ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ
PREPARATION
1. Mix eggs, milk, mayonnaise, and salt in a bowl.
2. In a lightly oiled pan, cook (1) until eggs are half cooked.
3. With a spoon, make a little dent in the enter of a slice of the bread. Place a cheese slice, the omelette (2), then another cheese slice. Put the other slice of bread on top. Wrap with parchment papers.
4. Cut (3) into halves. Place the rest of the omelette (2).
5. Enjoy!
