Cherry Tomatoes in Honey & Lemon
Servings: 2
INGREDIENTS
10 cherry tomatoes (washed)
A
2 lemon slices
3 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon lemon juice
PREPARATION
1. With a toothpick, pierce all tomatoes.
2. Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook all tomatoes (1) for 5 seconds. Chill tomatoes in the iced water and peel.
3. Put all of the ingredients A and tomatoes (2) in a bowl. Marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
4. Enjoy!
THIS RECIPE USES HONEY.
Honey can contain botulism spores which release a toxin that can poison infants.
Do not give your child honey until they're over 1 year old.
