Cheese Curry Shiitake Mushrooms
6 servings

INGREDIENTS
6 shiitake mushrooms
A:
10g pizza cheese
1 slice of ham (finely chopped)
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon curry powder

PREPARATION
1. Remove the stems from the shiitake mushrooms. Trim off the tough ends and finely chop the stems.
2. Mix the chopped shiitake stems with the A ingredients (pizza cheese, chopped ham, mayonnaise, and curry powder).
3. Place the shiitake caps upside down and spoon the mixture from step 2 onto each cap.
4. Broil the stuffed shiitake mushrooms in the oven toaster for about 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
5. Enjoy!
