Thank you everyone for all your advice and we’ll wishes!! ❤️ . I was SO hyped on this week and really crushing my workouts. I did two back to back robot mode workouts and it felt AMAZING. Enter: herniated disc or displaced rib 🥲 after 3 hours in the ER today, they couldn’t give me any sure answers so I was sent home with pain medication and a muscle relaxer (which were really necessary and have helped a ton/helped me breathe without pain) but I’d like to get down to the bottom of this, if possible. Hoping to make either a PT or chiro appt tomorrow. . Not only was this so upsetting because I was feeling so good from my workouts, but Aurora is 6 months today and I can’t even hold her. Had a mini breakdown because of it and while I know Luca is taking such good care of her, it’s just so upsetting to not be able to help or even hold her. 😭 . I’m really hoping this is something that resolves relatively quickly. And something that I can prevent from happening again in the future. Unfortunately I’m more at risk for these types of things at the moment being postpartum and breastfeeding due to the hormones still swirling about. 😞 .
