As tough as it is, working out has been so vital to my mental well-being these days. It’s just so easy to wish I was months down the line instead of where I’m at today 😅  but I know focusing on that won’t do me any good. . If this is you, too, postpartum or not... this is a reminder to just focus on TODAY and TOMORROW. That’s it. Just do your best with the two days you have in front of you, and keep that pattern going. . I do have to say though, one thing I have to admit that is holding me back a bit... it’s truly a mental block more than anything. It’s that I’m so worried about working out affecting my supply. At the end of the day, as long as I keep my calories up and my water intake up, there shouldn’t be any impact on my supply. I KNOW THIS 😅 But considering we’ve had latching trouble and I’m a “just enougher” (meaning I produce just what Aurora needs, not more, meaning I can’t really build a stash) and I’m already exclusively pumping, I can’t help but worry!! . Ladies who have been in my position, how did you manage your supply with your workouts?
