Today is day 1 of our 12 week @fitbodyapp challenge, and I’m ready to focus on gaining my strength and endurance back, above all else. I’m still breastfeeding so I know my progress might be slower than usual (due to not being in a caloric deficit) when it comes to fat loss, but that’s ok! Working out has been integral to my mental well-being, having some “me” time, and gives me energy in a time when energy is tough to come by 😅 (#4monthsleepregression) . For those of you joining me, remember that these next 12 weeks are laying the foundation for making this a lifestyle. It’s not going to be easy, and you’re going to need to get comfortable with being uncomfortable. Focus on being DEDICATED rather than motivated (since motivation comes and goes and isn’t reliable!) and, while some days are going to be tough, it’s going to be SO WORTH IT. .
