Let me explain

Believe it or not… working out doesn’t come easy to me. Every workout is a serious effort. I also don’t love eating healthy. I would choose junk food and laying on the couch 10/10 times if I could. It’s how I grew up so that’s just my default

But… I know that in order to keep up with my kids, in order to have the energy they demand from me (🫠) I need to put in the work

I’m also 5 months postpartum and on the struggle bus with sleep these days. It’s a rare event I make it into the gym at the moment so I try to do what I can from home.

If you’re in a season like I am, just start with where you’re at, with whatever you can do. One day a week, two days, or three. More than that is serious cherry on top!! 👏
